ME Bench with "manpon"
For those of you who don't know what that is, it's pretty much a foam roller cut in half. Here's how it went.

First time doing this, felt ok with the pinky on the ring.
Dumbbell Bench

T-Bar Rows
4 plates 6 (3 sets for each setting)
Biceps, Hypers and Abs
