Box Squats - Straight Bar Against Chains
I picked the weight I did the last time I did this, which was a while ago, to make sure that I moved the weight as fast as I could, even if it felt light. At first I thought I picked a conservative weight but it was a good call. Here it is:
285 + 120lbs in chains

Deadlifts for Reps
I wanted to do some reps on the deadlift to have some weight in my hands. I usually do some kind of good morning on Saturdays but I decided to switch it up last minute.
