ME Deadlift/Squat 7/30/2013

I wanted to go with a good morning on these so that's what I did

Sled for 10 trips (3 Plates)

Cambered Bar Good Morning
60 x 5
150 x 5
240 x 5
280 x 3
340 x 1
380 x 1 (owwwwwww....)

Last time I did these I did 380 against monster minis. Today it felt like something was gonna tear off.

GHRs
3 x 12 BW

Reverse Hypers and Abs
I was a bit disappointed with how this went. I'm definitely due for an adjustment on my lower back.
