DE Bench Day 7/29/2013

I think it's time that I move away from my written log and start posting on a blog. My training hasn't been going to well ever since I started school back in January to do my pre reqs for PT school. I hope to look back on these work outs that I've posted and go over what has worked and what hasn't. Here's today's workout:

Straight bar, straight weight
45 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 3 x 5
205 x 3 x 4

I wanted to move up in speed weight for these and it didn't look like it slowed down too much. 

Fat Bar Floor Press (these felt shitty)
225 x 5 x 5 

Lever Rows 
2 plates x 5 on each setting x 2 

Lateral Raises and Flyes with the sled outside 
2 plates x 2 trips 

Medley - Prowler sprints & Rope 

Revers Hypers and Abs
